At Outix LLC, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and ensure client satisfaction.

Digital Services

Because our services involve custom digital work, design, development, and consulting, most services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Deposits

Deposits or upfront payments are required before starting most projects. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced, as resources and time are allocated immediately after project initiation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started
  • Payment was made in error
  • A mutually agreed cancellation occurs before work begins

Refund approval is determined at the discretion of Outix LLC.

Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has started:

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable
  • Remaining unpaid project phases will be canceled

Service Adjustments

If a client is dissatisfied with a service outcome, we encourage communication so we can attempt revisions or improvements where applicable.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
