  • Website design and development
  • Digital product design
  • Technology consulting
  • Marketing and digital solutions

Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information required for project completion
  • Respond to requests and feedback within reasonable timeframes
  • Provide necessary assets, content, and approvals

Project delays caused by missing client input may impact delivery timelines.

Payments

Payment terms may include:

  • Upfront deposit before project initiation
  • Milestone payments during project progress
  • Final payment before project delivery or launch

Invoices must be paid according to the agreed terms. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • Clients receive ownership of final deliverables after full payment.
  • Outix LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, project data, and internal processes.

Limitation of Liability

Outix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website or digital services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement if:

  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled
  • Terms are violated
  • Project requirements change significantly

Termination terms may depend on the project agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico.
